In this week's edition of High School Spotlight we feature Tony Knight of Lawrence Academy, one of the most dynamic running backs in Massachusetts. Knight played for Xaverian up until last season, earning All-Catholic Conference honors. He transferred to Lawrence where he chose to repeat his junior year, and thus far has taken the ISL by storm. In 7 games Knight has carried 78 times for 1,195 yards (15.32 yards/carry) and 11 touchdowns. He has rushed for 226+ yards in 3 of his past 4 games and has at least 1 TD in every game this season. This Friday Knight will lead LA (7-0) into battle with fellow undefeated BB&N (7-0) to determine the king of the ISL. He currently lists Boston College, Maryland and Oregon among the teams he is interested in...and if he keeps averaging 15+ yards per carry there will be a plethora of new suitors knocking on Knight's door with still another season of prep ball yet to be played.

Scary to think that Xaverian is currently undefeated and the #1 team in EMass without Knight. They'd be downright frightening if he were still there.
Should be a great game Friday.
