As always, there is plenty to discuss in this edition of the Boston Bruins Weekly Post....Patrice Bergeron (6-7-13 totals in 19 games) currently leads the Bruins in scoring. Only the NHL's 3 lowest scoring teams (Blues, Hurricanes and Predators) have as few points from their leading scorer....Derek Morris had a slow start in Boston, but since then has become the team's 2nd leading scorer (2-9-11) and he has often outplayed his defensive partner, Zdeno Chara.....Last year's team had 7 players score 20+ goals. This year only 2 Bruins are on pace to do so (Bergeron and Blake Wheeler)....This week's schedule: at Penguins (tonight), vs Islanders (Monday), at Thrashers (Thursday) and at Sabres (Friday)....these and any other topics regarding our favorite hockey team are open for discussion right here.....

B's are 2-0-2 in their last 4...and it could have been even better if not for that collapse against the Pens last night. Very disappointing way to lose a game.
Amazing that Marc Savard has played in only 7 of 19 games and is only 2 off the team lead in goals and 6 off the team lead in points...he can make that up in a game or two when he returns....
Tukka Rask has been playing great in net.
Also, happy to see Looch pot one last night. Maybe this will get things going for him (yes, I know he was hurt and missed a bunch of games).
I'm not a fan of Derek Morris and I think the Bruins miss Aaron Ward's toughness.
I've also never been a big fan of Dennis Wideman. Perhaps I can't get past the fact that we traded away Brad Boyes to get him.
