I like the QB Rating. I find it "rather" accurate, and that is exactly why it is hard to understand.
A number that delineates the Quarterback position in the most intricate of sports?!
NFL perfect rating is 158.3 the lowest you can get is 0.
NCAA perfect rating is 1261.6 the lowest you can get is 731.6.
Even though 158.3 is perfect at least its possible. Where as the NCAA is not, in order to get a perfect rating in college the QB would need to complete every pass for a 99 yd TD.
