Although the Bruins solid season on the ice ended in disappointing fashion at the hands of the Hurricanes, they were able to add one last positive note last night at the NHL Awards Show. All 3 of the B's representatives that were finalists for awards took home hardware. Zdeno Chara won the Norris Trophy given to the top defenseman, Tim Thomas won the Vezina Trophy given to the top goaltender and Claude Julien took home the Adams Award as the NHL's best coach. These 3 all had our vote and all are very deserving winners. And now that they've gotten the individual honors out of the way, perhaps next year they can combine to bring home the most important trophy of them all!

Thomas & Manny Fernandez already combined to bring home the Jennings Trophy. That is given to the goalie(s) for the team with the fewest goals allowed.
Since that was predetermined I didn't bother including it with the rest.
I would rather have seen them hoisting the Stanley Cup instead of the individual honors.
