The Celtics (45-12) continue their trip out west tonight when the play the Nuggets (37-19) in Denver. The only time these two met this season it was Denver winning in the Garden back on November 14 (sadly the only game I have attended this season). In that game it was 'Melo and Mr. Big Shot leading the way for the Nuggets with 18 apiece. Although Denver is an impressive (and somewhat surprising) third in the West, they have dropped two straight. Meanwhile the C's are coming off a big win against the Suns, a game in which Rajon Rondo (32 points, 6 rebounds, 10 assists, 3 steals) had perhaps his best game of the year (on his 23rd birthday no less). If he can play that well again tonight it will be nearly impossible for Chauncey Billups, or anyone else, to slow down him or the C's. Let's go Celtics!

From Paul Pierce after last night's game:
"As Rondo goes, this team goes," Pierce said. "If he plays as well as he's playing, then there's no way we can lose."
The Celtics are 10-0 when Rondo scores at least 18 points, and he had that before halftime Sunday.
"Just lately he's really stepped up to the challenge," Pierce said. "He's playing against elite point guards over the past couple of weeks - Chris Paul, Deron Williams and tonight (Steve Nash)."

No Nene tonight. No KG tonight. KMart is likely.
This would be a big time win. Denver is tough.
I am watching it at home with a die hard Nuggets fan. Should be interesting.
This is an amazing ass whooping
Congrats to JR Giddens on his first minute, first miss, and first points in consecutive order. This guy is flying all over the place. I see no reason he doesn't become Tony Allen.
Ray Allen got mauled by Anthony Carter ON A THREE! Led to double techs. Doc was smart to take him out of the game.
Denver is so bad tonight
Giddens has a nice shot. Interesting form
Billy Walker can fly. I really like how active he and Giddens are.
Pruitt is not even close to as active...but that is what makes him a SG.
Giddens to the hole! Charge. Still...I really like his game.
His shot is like TOny Battie's way over his head...and he wears #4
celts win 114-76
Doc Rivers walks out with the game ball. Interesting. Is this game a milestone?
